15-Day Return Window

We accept return and refund requests within 15 days of delivery. This window is aligned with CJD's dispute policy to ensure we can fully resolve your issue with the supplier.

Eligible for Return or Refund

We will issue a full refund or replacement for any of the following:

  • Item arrived damaged, defective, or broken
  • Wrong item was shipped (different from what you ordered)
  • Item was not received within 45 days of the order date
  • Item is significantly different from the product description
  • Package arrived empty or with missing items

Not Eligible for Return

  • Return requests submitted more than 15 days after delivery
  • Items that have been opened, used, or consumed (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse (unless item is unopened and in original packaging)
  • Items purchased on final sale or with a non-returnable designation

Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged in transit), we will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind on an unopened item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This is the standard industry practice for e-commerce returns.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Email [email protected] or call (213) 598-3464 within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Provide Photos (if applicable)

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please attach clear photos of the item and packaging. This helps us resolve your case faster.

We Review Your Request

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and respond with the next steps — either a replacement shipment, return instructions, or a refund confirmation.

Refund Processed

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Refund Methods

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to a different payment method.

Refund processing times vary by bank: most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after we initiate them, though some banks may take up to 14 business days.
