Free Shipping on Orders Over $34

We offer free standard shipping on all qualifying orders over $34 — beating Amazon's free shipping threshold by $1. Orders under $34 are charged a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or local conditions. All times are in business days after shipment.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship to over 200 countries and territories worldwide through CJDropshipping's global logistics network. Shipping rates and availability are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please note that some remote regions or countries with shipping restrictions may not be serviceable. If your address is not accepted at checkout, please contact us at [email protected].

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable fees before placing your order. Vitality Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time on our Track Your Order page or directly through CJDropshipping's tracking portal.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to become active in the system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the package appears stuck or lost, contact us at [email protected] or call (213) 598-3464 and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
